Q. How Do I Register As A New User ?
A. It's free to register. On the right of your screen it says My account block and it says Sign In or Register. New users click on the register button and for return customers click on sign in. Alternatively you can add products to your cart and when you check out you will be asked to sign in or register.
Below is an example of the registeration form. Please at least fill out the required fields which i have done as an example.
Q. How Do I Place An Order ?
A. Items have an add to cart button so simply click on the add to cart button for the item you're interested in and then you will be given the option to continue shopping or to checkout. When you're ready to checkout new users will need to register and existing users will be asked to put in their username and password.
Q. How Do I Remove An Item From My Cart ?
A. To remove an item from your cart when viewing your cart next to the item heading is a cross. Click on the cross and this will delete the item from your cart.
Q. How Do I Change the Quantity Of An Item In My Cart ?
A. To change the quanity of an item in your cart, when viewing your cart in the box next to quanity change the quantity amount and click update.
Q. How Do I Pay For My Order?
A. For Australian residents we accept payment by Credit Card, bank deposit, paypal and money order. For International customers outside Australia we accept payment by paypal and Credit Card only. (please check payment method section in Help)
Q. How Long Does Dispatch Take and When Will My Item Arrive?
A. Items are dispatched Monday to Friday usually within 24-48 hours of payment being received/clearing. Australia Post delivery times apply.
Q. How Do I Know My Order Has Been Dispatched/Shipped?
A. You will receive an email to notify you that item/s have been dispatched.
Q. How Are Orders Shipped?
A. The majority of items are sent through Australia Post Eparcel, which includes tracking. Large items are sent via a courier.
Q. What Happens If I'm Not At Home When My Item Is Being Delivered?
A. If you are not at home when Australia Post attempts to deliver your item, please check with your local post office. If you have chosen the registered or express options we will provide you with a tracking number when item is dispatched and you will be able to track the parcels movements online.
Q. What happens if my item has gone missing once its been posted?
A. All order's are sent via Eparcel, as they have tracking numbers assigned to your order where you will be able to track your item. Please Note some small Goods which may have Regular mail option can not be tracked. Therefore Gameoz do not take any responsibility for underlivered items.
